Booking cancellations are accepted only by written notice. Cancellation fees are applicable as follows:

• if notice given >10 days from course start date, 0% of delegate fee
• if notice given 6 to 10 days from course start date, 50% of delegate fee
• if notice given <6 days from course start date, 90% of delegate fee
